The Issue: Tennessee’s two-time failed execution of convicted murderer Christa Pike.Convicted murderer Christa Pike survived a botched execution (“Injected new life into killer,” Oct.2).She should now be electrocuted.

This heinous human being lured an innocent young girl into the woods.There, she cut her up with a box cutter, beat her with a meat cleaver, then repeatedly slashed her throat while the victim pleaded for her life.Her victim won’t marry or have children.
