Enes Kanter slams WNBA double standard in fiery Sophie Cunningham defense

Enes Kanter Freedom continues to voice his support for Indiana Fever star Sophie Cunningham.Freedom reposted a New York Times tweet of a column from The Athletic on X, calling for the Fever to drop Cunningham if they want “to go back to being a basketball team.”“A woman attacking another woman for standing up for women,” Freedom wrote in the repost.“All Sophie Cunningham said was that biological men should stay out of women’s sports and she answered honestly, something many of her colleagues are too afraid to do.”Freedom went on to say that Cunningham’s actions this season have been courageous and compared them to Colin Kaepernick, Steph Curry, Steve Kerry, and LeBron James when they speak out on political issues.“@Sophaller exercised her First Amendment rights, and now she could potentially be blackballed by the @WNBA,” Freedom wrote.
