Friedman and Richard Rosenthal of Brown Harris Stevens are handling the sale. It’s the home’s second go-round this year. The same apartment hit the market in June at $15 million with Philip Hordijk of Leven Real Estate , which makes the fresh ask a roughly 27% jump in less than four months.Van Zandt, 75, and his wife, actress Maureen Van Zandt, paid $6 million for the pad in 2008 , not long after the HBO mob drama wrapped.
