Haverford professor charged over alleged heinous antisemitic online attacks, barred from campus

A Haverford College professor was arrested Tuesday and charged with federal cyberstalking after allegedly sending dozens of antisemitic threats to a colleague in Pennsylvania, prompting the college to bar him from campus, more than two years after Jewish students accused the same professor of making threatening statements about supporters of Israel in a separate lawsuit against the school.Haverford College President Wendy Raymond addressed the arrest of religion professor Guangtian Ha in a statement provided to Fox News Digital by a college spokesperson."I am heartbroken and furious at the possibility that an individual within our community would seek to inflict such pain on another," Raymond said."This disturbing news is made even more harmful for many given its proximity to both the Jewish High Holidays and the third anniversary of the October 7 attacks."Haverford College President Wendy Raymond condemned the alleged antisemitic harassment and confirmed that Ha had been placed on administrative leave and barred from campus.
