(Annice Lyn/Getty Images)But a Fox News Digital investigation has found that, long before the first demonstrators gathered, the messages for the protest's "communications framing" and transnational action plan had already been written, the banners designed, the tactics circulated and the media strategy laid out to "turn public outrage into collective leverage."The campaign documents reveal that coalition organizers instructed participating groups to direct protesters to "shut down city squares," "encircle government buildings" and "blockade complicit corporate hubs."The document declares, "This is not a symbolic march and not a routine protest."Fox News Digital identified 179 organizations in the coalition, while an interactive Google Map published by the network lists 322 events scheduled across three days through Sunday.
