Pope Leo Admitted to Hospital for Surgery to Remove Lung Nodule

Pope Leo XIV arrived at a Rome hospital Tuesday for a scheduled surgery to remove a lung nodule, a small oval-shaped mass of tissue.He was admitted to the thoracic surgery department and the Vatican has confirmed his surgery will take place in the  afternoon.
