New York — yet again rated the greatest city in the world — is the best for pedestrians and cyclists.Searches for “bike lane rules” are up over 130%, and “do pedestrians have the right of way” has jumped 70% and NYers got it.

According to the data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, NYC has the lowest combined fatality risk score in the country — 5.85 out of 100.Meanwhile, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the most dangerous city for cyclists and pedestrians, scored a staggering 85.6.
