Construction on LeBron James’ palatial Beverly Hills estate is full steam ahead, despite the NBA superstar’s slow start to the season.New photos of James’ future home, obtained by the Post, show crews busy at work as the mega mansion takes shape.James first purchased the property – located roughly a dozen miles from Crypto.com Arena – back in 2020 for $37 million.He bulldozed the existing structure, and then began erecting his own walls in 2023 after locking down the required permits.Initially, things moved slowly, but the latest pictures show some serious progress.James’ estate will feature two separate mansions, and according to Realtor.com, each will feature all the luxury items the NBA’s all-time leading scorer could possibly need.Building plans obtained by the outlet revealed the larger of the two mansions will be two stories tall, and feature a basement garage that sprawls across 7,700 square feet.
The home will have a backyard pool, a spa and stunning views of Los Angeles.An outdoor kitchen and solar panels that can power the entire place are also reportedly in the plans.The second home, meanwhile, is slated to feature hot-and-cold plunge pools.Both homes will reportedly be protected by 10-foot-high fencing, a state-of-the-art alarm system and a guard house positioned at the start of the property’s long driveway.Crest Real State and Walker Workshop – among others – have assisted in the project.It’s unclear exactly when James plans to move in to the big house – though speculation is once LeBron settles in, his eldest son and Lakers teammate, Bronny James, might take the smaller mansion.As for things on the court, LeBron formally kicked off his 2025-26 season Tuesday night, helping the Los Angeles Lakers beat the Utah Jazz, 140-126.He scored 11 points and logged three rebounds and 12 assists in the big victory....
