He was a tech CEO, he was awkwardly caught on camera canoodling his human resources director — and he was also a Manhattan homeowner.Andy Byron, the married former Astronomer CEO who launched to viral infamy in July for his Coldplay concert “kiss cam” moment, has sold a full-floor condominium in Tribeca for $5.8 million, Crain’s reports.The outlet adds the sale “coalesced quickly.”The deed for the sale appeared Tuesday in city Department of Finance records — and the residence was not publicly listed for sale.

What’s more, the deed seems to show Byron remains married to his wife, Megan.Their current address in Massachusetts, as the filing shows, is shared.Astronomer, for its part, is based in Manhattan’s trendy Flatiron neighborhood.The couple more or less broke even on the sale, having purchased the dwelling for $5.4 million in 2022 from the building’s developer.

The new owners, Crain’s notes, are corporate lawyers.They inked the contract in mid-September and closed the deal in early November.The unit has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, along with an open kitchen and a wine refrigerator.

The living room boasts exposed brick walls, while the primary suite has a walk-in closet.Byron and his HR director, Kristin Cabot, weren’t known names until July 16.That’s when Chris Martin caught the two embracing at a Coldplay show in Boston.
