Danish soccer star Christian Eriksen collapsed during Denmark’s exhibition match against Ukraine on Sunday, five years after he suffered cardiac arrest during the Euros.Eriksen, 34, appeared to clutch his chest before collapsing.He was conscious as he was tended to by medical personnel as the match was called off in the 75th minute.“Christian Eriksen is conscious and doing well under the circumstances,” the Danish soccer federation said.The former Manchester United star was fitted for an implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) after his cardiac arrest in 2021, during which he was resuscitated.This is a developing story.
