Showy sicko lures girl from popular NYC mall in broad daylight: cops

A creep wearing a tacky jacket lured a 14-year-old girl away from a popular Staten Island shopping outlet and molested her, cops said.The showy sicko, dressed in a garish blue, yellow and red jacket, first approached the teen outside of the Empire Outlets in St.George around 9 a.m.
