(Harrisburg Police Department)The affidavit, filed by the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office, claimed two corrections officers saw Finley break the window, which caused $772 in damage.Court records show Finley was charged on Thursday with institutional vandalism, a second-degree misdemeanor.For that charge, he was arraigned on Thursday afternoon and a preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Aug.4.
