Vigilantes have targeted California’s mass surveillance network in a sleepy rural county by tearing cameras down and destroying them.One of the suspects, Marcus Bee, 40, allegedly yanked down and ran over three Flock cameras in Monterey County, including one incident caught on video.The Monterey County Sheriff’s Office arrested Bee, who is from Pismo Beach in San Luis Obispo County, on suspicion of felony vandalism, and set his bail at $30,000.He was booked at the Monterey County Jail.“His actions were captured by other surveillance cameras located nearby.
