A North Carolina man accused of punching a woman in a Charlotte sidewalk attack and allegedly posting video of the encounter on social media had been arrested at least nine times since 2023, records show.The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department said 32-year-old Di-Quan Schafar Hunt was arrested Thursday after officers responding to an attempt-to-locate call were shown a social media account containing videos detectives had already been investigating.Officers determined one video depicted an assault reported July 30 in the 400 block of East Boulevard in the Providence Division.Police said the suspect punched a woman on a sidewalk before fleeing.MYRTLE BEACH MAN WITH LENGTHY ARREST RECORD CHARGED WITH STABBING TWO PEOPLE IN POPULAR BEACH DESTINATIONHunt was taken to a local medical facility for treatment, police said.
