The driver who hit a Los Angeles Metro bus on Tuesday will be arrested on suspicion of murder after the collision killed two people, police said.An NBC helicopter covering the bus crash fell out of the sky and went down near the scene.NBC reporter Eliana Moreno and George Marciniw along with a pedestrian died.
