Exclusive | Boxing star Jermall Charlo ordered out of Lamborghini at gunpoint during intense DWI arrest

Multiple cops drew their guns on Jermall Charlo before his DWI arrest, as seen in new police video obtained by The California Post.The intense situation unfolded in Pearland, Texas at around 6:39 p.m.on May 6, 2024, after the boxing star was accused of fleeing the scene of an accident in his 2020 Lamborghini Urus.Members of the Pearland Police Department repeatedly ordered Charlo out of his vehicle, newly released body camera footage shows, but when he didn’t initially comply, they pulled out their firearms and aimed them at the famed pugilist.Charlo did get out of the car before the matter escalated, though at one point, he seemed to make officers nervous when he looked like he was going to go back into his vehicle.“Don’t get back in the car!” one policeman screamed as he trained his gun on Charlo’s back.
“Do not get back in the car! Listen to me!”Charlo eventually complied with the officers’ orders, and when he dropped to the ground, they threw him in handcuffs.Charlo appeared dazed during his interaction with police, slurring his words and asking the cops repeatedly to “give me a chance.”He later told one cop on the scene that he had not been involved in a car crash earlier in the evening.“I didn’t touch his car,” Charlo said.“The guy saying I touched his car.
