This is the despicable moment a man is seen creepily filming up a woman’s skirt and following her around a grocery store in California.The video was captured on surveillance footage at the shop near Peach and Belmont avenues in Fresno around noon on Fourth of July.It comes after a similar incident sparked fury in a Whole Foods in Los Angeles County when a man was caught on camera rubbing his genitals on a woman.The clip showed a suspect in a New York Yankees cap, white shirt, dark shorts, and white shoes.He’s seen flipping his phone upside down and following the woman, who identified herself as a salon owner.Throughout the grocery store, the man could be seen following the woman from a wall-refrigerated section to a middle aisle.
